Lorde appears to be readying the release of a new music video, if her latest posts are anything to go by.
The Kiwi pop star released a series of photos via social media overnight, all accompanied by the word, 'Thursday'.
In one, she's reclining on a chair next to a table with a teapot and a cup of ice.
In another striking image, she's brandishing a machete.
That one included more clues about what it might be about.
She included the words: "where all the boors lay sound and still, and all the pains you've tried to kill; when you have said goodbye to grace, then you are in the perfect place."
Many took this to mean the photos were stills for a video for Perfect Places, one of the songs from Lorde's recent album Melodrama.
The song got rave reviews when it was released, and is the album's closing song.
Are we getting a video for Perfect Places later today? (Or tomorrow because of the USA time difference).
That would be perfect.
