NZ's favourite comedian Rhys Darby is the latest to join the cast of Sony’s Jumanji.
The movie which is due to be released in July is the continuation to the original and current cast members are: Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Karen Gillan, and Nick Jonas. The film is based on Chris Van Allsburg’s book, which featured Robin Williams which grossed $260 million globally. Production is currently underway in Hawaii.
Darby, who plays Nigel in the movie, is currently a series regular on the TBS comedy Wrecked, which was picked up for a second season. He is also voicing in the Netflix animated series Voltron: Legendary Defender.
