After the success of season one, Funny Girls is returning. Currently filming in and around Auckland, stars Rose Matafeo, Madeleine Sami and Kim Crossman have all been posting teasers to their Instagram accounts.

Comedian and co-writer, Eli Matthewson is also joining in the fun, he posted a photo of one of the upcoming sketches on his Instagram:

Funny Girls is a NZ sketch show created by and starring some of NZ's leading female comics. The writing and performing crew came out of Snort, a long-running improv group who performed late on Fridays at The Basement Theatre off Queen Street.
