Prime Minister's son Max Key has thanked the masses for his birthday wishes and promised his social media followers something big is on the radar.
The university student and aspiring DJ turned 21 yesterday and he used his Instagram page to thank well-wishers for their messages last night.
"21 years and what a journey!" he wrote alongside of a photo of himself posing next to a black Ferrari.
"Thank you so much everyone for the loving posts and messages, it really meant a lot, every single one of them!
"This year has been the busiest of my life and also the most challenging. In saying that, I can't wait for what's to come, and in particular the next few weeks. There's something on its way."

Key is likely referring to the racy video he's currently filming for his second single.
Produced by Lily and Louis director Jon Ramage, the video is being shot in Auckland, Waiheke and Mt Maunganui.
Key has also been busy posing for a series of shirtless photos for Remix magazine's Winter issue, out in June.
But it was a decidedly more wholesome start to Key's birthday celebrations yesterday morning, when he sat down to breakfast with his mother and father.
John Key used his own Instagram account to wish his son a happy 21st.
The family will no doubt now be turning their attention to the birthday party being held at their Parnell home tomorrow night.
A Facebook invitation to the party has said there will be "a f**k load of alcohol" provided free of charge, "so no need to BYO".
