It’s been a long wait for Lorde’s second album – but the Kiwi pop star has not only finished it, she’s been playing it to people.
And the reviews so far are amazing.
hi... i didn't see you there. welcome to ella's corner. i'm ella, and i've worn nothing but turtlenecks for 2 weeks now. you can often find me here between the hours of 4pm and 4am, tearing my hair out about line breaks and occasionally doing something half decent. #ellascorner #roaringfire #persianrugs #nothingbutneck #confessional #oversharing #music #music
According to Just Jared, Ella Yelich-O’Connor shared her new album with music industry insiders, reporting that an official listening party was held in Los Angeles.

Lorde has been teasing her second album for more than a year. Her debut album Pure Heroine, was released three years ago.
But the first sign of new music came in the form of confirmation she’d be performing at two major festivals later this year: Coachella in April and the Governor’s Ball in June.
Finally, it seems Lorde’s fans truly have a reason to get excited.
