Keisha Castle-Hughes stood out in an embellished white gown at the red carpet premiere for her hot new show Roadies yesterday.
The Kiwi actress stars in Cameron Crowe's much anticipated new TV series about the lives of a rock band's road crew, and joined her castmates, including Luke Wilson and Imogen Poots, for its Los Angeles premiere.
Crowe and executive producer J.J. Abrams joined the cast for photos on the red carpet, with Abrams telling Variety that Roadies was a long time coming, with the premise for the show originating back in 2008.
Castle-Hughes plays sound engineer Donna Mancini in the series, a "punk-funk lesbian with blue and red hair".
Last week she told Red Carpet News it was a "super-fun" role.
"I learned lots of things I wouldn't have done otherwise, about sound boards and how audio circuit boards work and what microphones you should and shouldn't use."

She also said working with Oscar winner Crowe was a dream.
"Cameron is the guru of this world of rock and roll and music. It is so nice to be working in the hands of someone who believes in that and believes in the stories and is still doing it at a grass-roots level, despite his success."
Roadies premieres in New Zealand on July 4 at 8.30pm on SoHo.
