After a week of mixing it up with the Housewives and modelling for Working Style on Wednesday at NZFW, Dominic Bowden flew to New York on Thursday to prepare for the MTV Video Music Awards.
Last night the E! correspondent attended an intimate party thrown by music superstar John Legend at one of the most famous spaces in New York City, the Apollo Theatre in Harlem. Legend was to sing for a string of celebrity guests expected to include his wife, supermodel Chrissy Teigan, as well as Kanye West and Kim Kardashian.
Apart from rubbing shoulders with some of the biggest names in the music business, Bowden has scored himself a half-hour interview with Legend. He will also cover the VMAs red carpet. Spy understands Bowden’s next major TV role in New Zealand will be hosting a new series of Dancing With the Stars.
